Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Document related products (Share Point and Channels), their CSD (Classification System for Documents) solution and governance engine
• End to End Responsibility for the Service and the enablement including all components needed.
• SharePoint online product responsibility (full service responsibility , from design, implementation, improvements, operation, incidents, etc )
• CSD (Classification System for Documents) product responsibility  (full service responsibility , from design, implementation, improvements, operation, incidents, etc )

Required Qualification

• Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or Engineering
• Work Experience :
  •  8+ years IT industry related working experience in different IT technology
  • Proven M365, SharePoint Online administration and enhancement. Azure Architecture experience is a plus.
• SaFE methodology
• Ability to work in a intercultural team and environment
• Effective analytical and conceptual skills to derive adequate solutions for technical problems
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), Chinese and German advantageous
• Results and Customer oriented
• Understanding of financial aspects
• Proven experience in an international environment preferably in major IT Services organizations
• ITIL certificate
