Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility of the Region China Tenants, Ensuring the Compliance  and financial management of the M365 Support Organization
• Product Owner MS Teams solution
  • Configuration and maintenance of the M365 Tenants in region China
  • Responsible for the invoicing  of the O365 Services in China-Tenants
  • Control of the License assignation through Tenant Support
  • Periodical Security reviews with the product owners

Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or Engineering
• Work Experience :
  •  3+ years IT industry related working experience in different IT technology
  • Proven M365 experience in tenant administration and Azure products
• SaFE methodology
• Ability to work in a intercultural team and environment
• Effective analytical and conceptual skills to derive adequate solutions for technical problems
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), Chinese and German advantageous
• Results and Customer oriented
• Understanding of financial aspects
• Proven experience in an international environment preferably in major IT Services organizations
• ITIL certificate
