主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

Technical key words: Automotive, Connectivity, Operations Service Integration, Process Management

• Operations for automotive connectivity solutions (brands such as Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche)
• Error analysis/ troubleshooting for backend-related customer complaints
• Ticket monitoring/ reporting to assure/ improve SLA level
• Technical documentation/ training/ knowledge transfer
• Process Management

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Bachelor/ Master in Communication Engineering, Computer Science/ equivalent experience
• 3+ years relevant experience in automotive connectivity area or related
• Project management/ ITIL framework (incl. certificates)
• Related tool chain (incl. JIRA, Kibana, MS office, etc.)
• Languages: Chinese and English. German is a plus
