岗位描述/Department Mission

 

The Architecture & Technologies department empowers CARIAD R&D and innovation in China. The overall goals are to boost China-specific requirements in automotive E/E-architecture and produce new enabler technologies for future mobility for China.

 

As a part of the global Architecture team, the architecture & technologies team is responsible of leading architecture activities and innovation projects in CARIAD China.

 

The position is responsible to build up the architecture team with capable and skillful resources, with open communication & feedback culture, and with international environment and global view.

 

主要职责/Your Responsibilities

This position is responsible for architecture development especially in software architecture design for global solution and China solution including CARIAD CN, VCIC, and Joint Ventures

  • Drive high quality software architecture creation and documentation by standardized processes, methods and specifications for suitable tools.
  • Deliver compliance by design and thereby enable our software architects to stay focused on architecture.
  • Coordinate local development team  in modelling and documenting software architecture with guidelines and best practice.
  • Enable and drive governance for software architecture..
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Education background

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (preferably automotive engineering or electrical engineering)

 

Working experiences

 

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in the (automotive) electronic industry or similar

 

Technical / Professional skills

  • Familiar with in vehicle software development or embedded system development.
  • Familiar with in-vehicle development technology like different AUTOSAR stacks and code generators.
  • Knowledge in the following areas: serial bus systems, AUTOSAR, E/E vehicle architectures, network technologies (Ethernet, FlexRay,CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, IP Protocol, Transport Protocol, higher level protocols (ViWi, SomeIP, BAP)).
  • Familiar or experienced of Large scale Agile development process (such as SAFe) and ASPICE
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as software architect or similar role
  • The candidate should be highly team-minded, have high ability to solve problems, be highly self-organized and highly motivated

The candidate should have excellent language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory, German language skills highly appreciated
