岗位描述/Department Mission

• This position supports Solution Train to innovate a highly integrated intelligent platform to motivate customers with ADAS/Connectivity /Infotainment/Integration
• The Solution Manager coordinates the Solution Train as entrepreneur and business owner to secure state of the art customer functions, competitiveness and profitability
• This position is the key interface between the Solution Train X2 and Solutions within CARIAD CN as well as interface with the Solution Train at CARIAD SE, strategy department, portfolio management, technical development, finance, purchasing, legal, the Volkswagen Group brands and Joint Ventures in China. The overall goal is to act as the interface of solution train X2 to ensure the technical feasibility, functional concept and budget management
• Define the function portfolio and the strategic outline over lifetime for the Solution Train and ensure the process-compliant development of functions within CARIAD under SAFe framework

主要职责/Your Responsibilities  

• Representation of the Solution Train in the relevant CARIAD and brand committees
• Communication to all relevant program partners and coordination of all program covered by solution train X2 in the Volkswagen Group
• Coordination and steering of Solutions in the organization that deliver content to the X2-Solution Train
• Definition and implementation of the overall end-to-end architecture and cross system functions
• Develops and updates vision and roadmap of Solution Train, including milestones. Plans and prioritizes the Solutions via the Solutions Backlog. Defines and drives the requirements from the customer's perspective for the entire Solution Train. Ensures and drives product quality and product innovation. 
• Ensures the completeness of the product, taking into account the requirements. Content design of the customer solution over time in coordination with product management and customer interface for external customers.
• Continuous coordination with the X2 Architect and Solution Architect and participation with regard to non-functional requirements and technical feasibility within the product development process.
• Decision on acceptance criteria and target achievement with regard to the realization of the product modules of the Solution Train in the CARIAD development cycle in coordination with the group.
• Budget control of the Solution Train (make-or-buy) and setting of a financial framework within the framework of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) depending on the job split for budget distribution and the budget made available to the Solutions.
• Alignment with the epics/customer offer defined at portfolio level with internal structures of the Solution Train and the brands or participation in this process within the framework of the strategic CARIAD portfolio management.
• Technical leadership and alignment of the product roles of the substructures or system suppliers, if they deliver directly into the Solution Train, through prioritization/framework conditions concerning the Solution Train backlog.
• Reporting to the X2 management and continuous steering to ensure the project delivery

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, business informatics, business economics or comparable studies
• Expertise and in-depth knowledge in automotive products and technologies and Software / IT
• Minimum 3 years program management experience
• Cross-culture experience is preferred
• SAFe framework knowledge
• Agile mindset and servant leader skills combined with strong communication and facilitating skills
• A strong coordinator and leader, able to work within a matrix organization and be capable to communicate / cooperate with different decision makers
• Excellent language and communication skills in Chinese, English. German would be beneficial
• Presentation skills, both personal (capable presenter) as IT (Powerpoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
