Job Description: 

Key tasks:

  • Arrangement of meetings and business trips for department head
  • Preparation of presentation documents for department head and management files in department
  • Preparation of presentation documents for department head and management files in department
  • Organization of department meeting, events and activities
  • Support of department projects and programs in area of competence management and personnel development
  • Payment Management
  • Internal (within department) and external (with headquarter, entities…) coordination and communication
  • Preparation of Meeting minutes and follow-up of implementation and feedback
  • Preparation of Meeting minutes and follow-up of implementation and feedback

 

Qualification and skills     

Necessary Education:

Bachelor degree preferable in HR area

Personal Skills:

  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated working style
  • Capable of demonstrating a “down-to-earth attitude” at all times
  • Can treat information with the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in oral and written communications skills in English
  • Good understanding of company’s operations and processes
  • Can work accurately with sophisticated tools, such as MS Office, etc.
  • Friendly and service oriented to employees, customers, suppliers and visitors
  • Capable of handling pressures and be prepared to work overtime
  • Extensive experience in Event / Offsite Meeting Organization

Working Experience:

Ca. 2 years working experience with at least 1 year in a similar role as assistant

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

English and Chinese language skills required, German ideal
