Lead China regional committee Technical Regulation Region China (TRRC, including VCIC, Audi China, FAW-VW, SAIC­ VW, VW Anhui, Porsche China) to track, monitor and report the future technical regulatory requirements; Lead TRRC to work together with K-VKOs / VKOs clusters in group and brand HQs to initiate Early Warning for pre-evaluation and generate Premise for implementation to guarantee the product technical compliances in China; Lead the strategic cooperation and communication with the Chinese authorities for technical standards and regulations; Lead services to VW brand for Project Specific Regulation (PSV) List.

• Lead the regional Committee TRRC
• Lead TRRC to initiate the early warning and report to Committees region and group/brand HQs for pre-evaluation by working together with K-VKOs/VKOs
• Lead TRRC to generate the Premise and report to Committees region and group/brand HQs for implementation by working together with K-VKOs/VKOs
• Co-steer the PCMS Committee VCIC
• Lead the strategic cooperation and communication with the Chinese authorities
• Support VCTC for Project Specific Regulation
• Support OEI managers in region for their daily business
• Set up the technical regulation processes in the VGC regarding the current benchmark
