Department Mission

Your Responsibilities

• The responsibility of this position is the organization and post processing of the top committees TOP-Q region China and VGC Group Q Day,  accordingly to the actual costumer related topics to ensure the required BOM decisions regarding the strategic objectives.
• Collection, evaluation and alignment of committee relevant topics from other entities, divisions and departments regarding importance and urgency of presenting BOM.
• Coordination of content preparation from other entities, divisions and departments and alignment between different stakeholders.
• Organization of the events framework e.g. facilities, technical equipment, logistics, catering, event marketing.
• Ensuring the implementation of decision points by writing the meeting minutes, providing all relevant information and monitoring of fulfillment

Required Qualification

• Education: Master degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Language: Extended language skills English & Chinese, German desirable
• Experience:
  • Experience international project management
  • Empirical knowledge of conceptual work
  • Practical knowledge in data analysis and visualization
    (e.g. PowerPoint, Think Cell, Excel)
• Skills:
  • Presentation skills, with the ability convey complex information to diverse stakeholder
  • Ability to work independently and collaborative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Cultural openness, strong teamwork & communication skills
