Department Mission

• Identifying and optimizing business demands and further transforming the business requirements into IT system requirement;
• Business process management together with various business  units;
• Analyzing and modeling business requirement with current IT landscape, planning future system landscape to support business growing;
• Planning, designing, implementing, rollout and continuous improving of IT projects based on company needs, in line with group and international standards;
• Provide technical support and solutions for the establishment and subsequent requirements of enterprise application systems;
• Work with AMS team to ensure the normal operation and continuous optimization of the enterprise application system;
• Ensure proper implementation of information security requirements on existing systems;
• Pay attention to and learn IT cutting-edge technology to provide technical support for the company's digitalization;

Your Responsibilities

• Regular interact with business and IT stakeholders, be responsible for the IT related project/program management;
• Establish a proper change management process to involve all relevant stakeholders;
• According to the actual business needs of the company, establish professional and efficient agile development team, optimize the operation and development process, and establish DevOps tool chain;
• Lead and responsible for technical solution and architecture design,  evaluate and  implement state-of-art technical solution to consider IT security requirements and relevant standards;
• Lead project team to implement IT solutions, design operation model and hand over to operation team;
• Work with operation team to monitor system healthy and security vulnerability, troubleshoot, optimize and recovery systems to fulfill SLA requirement;
• Responsible for project planning, project approval, tender preparation and other related work of application system;

Required Qualification

• Must be bachelor degree or above
• Must passed CET-6 and fluent in spoken(B2);
• Must have more than 7 years of working experience in DevOps: 5+ years of software development and architecture related work,;
• Must have good understanding of ITIL and agile development
• Must have knowledge of application system infrastructure (such as network, database, server, operating system, etc.) and information security
• Must have ability of Planning/Organizing/Follow-up/capabilities
• Must have experience in communication and coordination
• Must have strong team work spirit
