岗位描述/Department Mission

 

  • Setup and manage IT storage and virtualization environment;
  • Ensure all storage/virtualization related tasks are maintained and optimized, deliver simple, sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes;
  • Assist on IT architecture topics, ensures plans are aligned with IT business priorities, financial targets and goals.

 

主要职责/Your Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all basic It infrastructure service to fulfill the requirement from IT projects such as capacity planning, hardware estimation, implementation and etc.;

  • Ensure that the needs of business units within your domain are well understood and supported by IT.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for the business from application aspect. Drive maximum value out of IT environment and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of key applications and technologies unutilized in your domain.
  • Cross-team collaboration with other IT teams to ensure Application are fit for purpose and leverage existing capabilities where possible.
  • Broad working knowledge of computer networking, installation, and administration (security, storage, backup, logging, audit and etc.)
  • Regularly check the system health and performance and immediately perform actions to resolve any issues;
  • Ensure optimal technical design based on concepts, implementation and maintenance as well as continuous improvement processes to keep the architecture up-to-date;
  • Responsible for managing and improve the integration of various technical existing and new implemented platforms;
  • Ensure proper capacity management & lifecycle management in order to have a transparent management and to plan and act in advance to avoid any technical issues.


岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Education background

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Master degree in Computer Science or related.

 

 

 

Working experiences

 

  • 8+ years’ experience in IT industry, focus on IT operation area.

 

Technical / Professional skills

  • Rich experience of Data center setup;
  • Rich experience of Lunix, VMware administration;
  • Rich experience in SAN and NAS system;
  • Familiar with IBM, Brocade, NetApp, EMC, VMware and Redhat products;
  • Experience in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix and etc.)- Preferred;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
