Position: Test Management
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Test plan development, execution and results reporting
- Coordination of test requirements and resources
- Vehicle set up and trouble Shooting
- Project Management
- Budget, reporting, track&trace
- Steer/ coordinate ext. resources
- Strategic development/ ad hoc tasks vehicle connectivity
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree+ in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent working experience
- 6+ years of technical project testing within automotive industry, connected car testing experience or test automation experience preferred.
- Experience in test management including planning, execution and controlling, time, quality and risk Management to ensure delivery in time.
- Familiar with End-to-end testing planning, procedures, software release and version control, and deployment processes.
- Familiar with Bug-Tracking tool (internally and externally) KPM, JIRA etc.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicts, explain complex technical problems, test status reporting and presentation
- Excellent communication in multicultural environment
- Highly team-oriented
- Structured, analytical and self-organized
- Strategic goal-orientation
- Chinese and English
- German is a plus
