Brief description of the position:

Operative work in consulting projects within the scope of C-SU and under functional support / supervision by responsible project manager.

Key Tasks:

1. Creation of project-related, accurate, and appropriately prioritized analyses, as well as the development of linguistically and graphically correct, meaningful, and CI-compliant charts based on these analyses and, if necessary, pre-structured templates.
2. Participation in identifying problems in complex situations within the respective project.
3. Derivation of insights and development of coherent solutions within the overall project based on one's own analyses.
4. Participation in the project-related derivation of collectively supported solutions in collaboration with the respective consulting team.
5. Participation in the development of innovative, customer-oriented ideas within the framework of sub-tasks of the respective project.
6. Concise, fact-based oral and written communication within the consultant/customer team in the context of project work.
7. Independent and regular review of work progress and optimization of work tasks to ensure timely goal achievement, making adjustments in coordination with the respective project manager if necessary.
8. Application and representation of VWC values externally within the framework of the respective project and internally.
9. Completing task-related individual orders according to the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor & Master in Engineering, Business or Social Science
  Fluent in English
  Chinese and German a plus
• Graduate student or with 1-3 years relevant work experience in consulting
