职位描述: 

Brief description of the position:

This position is responsible implement benefit components plan details for both white collar and blue collar also incl. LHF benefits, Mobility benefits and special employees groups (if any) and lead C&B related projects in region. Ensure the smooth execution of benefits plan by operations. 

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Design & maintain a forward-looking C&B framework and landscape that focuses on strategic talent attraction and motivation 
  2. Derive local market benchmarked on compensation & benefits structure and schemes based total rewards strategy 
  3. Regular review & develop C&B plan and concept more focus on supplemental health, wealth and care benefits scheme offered by Company.
  4. Participate and steer regional strategic C&B projects, responsible for plan design, management report and communication. 
  5. Design and refine additional C&B offerings to echo "In China, for China" strategy with coverage of white collar, blue-collar, LHF and secondment across Region China entities
  6. Drive the implementation of cross-entities benefits programs & corresponding implementation plan in Region China to strengthen the organization's attractiveness.
  7. Collaborate with HRBP, Operation Center and other teams to optimize the management through holistic employment cycle (hire to retire)
  8. Establish C&B data governance & analytics framework include but not limited to comparative analysis, claim analysis and slot-in etc..

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as human resource management, psychology, or education is preferred.
  • More than 5 years HR consulting background and with related corporate experience is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Good understanding of Organization and HR Framework, specific in total rewards design
  • Strong institutional design and project management capabilities, with the ability to translate to strategic insights into actionable governance solutions
  • Proven experience in leading complex talent alignment during business transformation, combining strategic thinking with agile execution
  • Sharp insight into industry trends and the ability to adapt to in-house solution
  • Proficient in English
