Brief description of the position:

This position monitors holistic FSE staffing status and tracks FSE planning implementation: transparent communication across regional entities and data cleanup to ensure the accuracy and data visualization for reporting on time.

 Key Tasks:

1. Prepare guidances and communications regarding FSE staffing and FSE planning.
2. Monitor the implementation of FSE planning, and ensure any deviations must go through formal procedures.
3. Collect FSE staffing data across regional entities and verify the data to ensure accuracy.
4. Visualize FSE planning implementation and actual staffing status based on the requirement.
5. Support FSE staffing-related project like hiring activities, job posting etc. 

Qualification and skills required:

• Bachelor, preferred major in data related, Human Resources, etc.
• 2-3 years’ data analysis experience or HR experience in MNC. 
• Fluent Chinese and business English (written and spoken), additional language German (desirable)
  Strong analytical skills;
  Good communication skill and interpersonal skills;
  Good team player and interpersonal skills;
  Ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity and multi-task;
