1. Responsible for fire management of all buildings in VGC（V-Space V-Labs ACB TCB CARIAD SH）
2. Formulate fire evacuation plans for all buildings at VGC, organize and conduct drills, prepare summary reports, and ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
3. Act as the local interface to local government（Fire Bureau, Fire brigade）Actively communicate and cooperate with government departments，Providing and timely submit relevant documents, drawings，Prepare for the related government visit.
Accompany with the Government for fire risk inspection
4. Organize and coordinate regular fire training.
5. Ensure the functionality and integrity of fire- fighting facilities. Cooperation and communication with the Fire-fighting Maintenance Services Company, timely and effective handling of the problems.
6. Organize the fire protection inspection; monitor the implementation of the preventative, detected, and corrective actions resulting from fire risks.
7. Review and approve fire protection plans for events held within the building to ensure compliance.
8. Responsible for the daily operation and on-site management of the fire control room.
8.1. formulate emergency response procedures for the central control room, regularly organize on duty personnel to conduct fire alarm response emergency drills, and improve the team's ability to respond quickly and coordinate operations.
8.2. Regularly organize certificates assessments for control room personnel to improve their ability to fulfill their responsibilities.
8.3. Responsible for organizing various archives in the fire control room and meeting the requirements of fire supervision. ensure the compliance of its management.
8.4. Ensuring 100% stable operation of fire automatic alarm, linkage control and other systems, and achieving rapid verification and accurate disposal of fire alarms.
9. Responsible for managing Mini fire station teams, developing training plans, and supervising the implementation of training plans. Supervise and manage fire emergency response to ensure compliance with local fire bureau drill pull response requirements.
10. Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
11. Support the review of fire protection system design, the acceptance of fire protection system facilities for new construction, reconstruction and expansion of projects.
12. Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Qualification and skills required:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in fire, safety , or technical construction related fields
Language: Fluent in spoken English, with English as the working language .
Working experience:
More than 2 years of experience in the same position, Previous experience in fire, safety or infrastructure related fields, preferably in manufacturing or research &.
Knowledge, skills and others:
Familiar with national fire protection laws, regulation, standards, such as China Fire Law, Code for fire protection design of building etc. familiar with the principle of fire protection system and operation knowledge of fire facility.
Proficient with office software such as EXCEL/WORD/ PPT.
Certified Fire Engineer is preferred.
Knowledge of corporate security and security operations is preferred.
