Brief description of the position:

The objective of this position is to ensure a seamless collaboration between entity HR team and HR CoE. The position holder is responsible for organizational change, yearly workforce planning and tracking, consulting BP team and BU on functional specific matters, supporting Lead HRBP to implement group projects, participating in new project development and bring entity specific need into CoE.

Key Tasks:

-Support BU on organizational structure change process, facilitate the organization design, approval and implementation in SF systems

-Consult & support BU on job description generation and function evaluation processes

-Facilitate monthly/yearly workforce planning and prepares HR reports for BUs. Steer the implementation & track business workforce based on defined workforce structure by CoE.

-Consult and support BUs as functional expert. Act as bridge to CoEs for individual cases or on BU/entity level. Provide input to CoE for optimization and guidelines as part of Orga community.

-Support & Prepare business oriented HR reports for HRBP discussion with BoM/BU department head.

-Participate orga. related projects leading by CoE, bring entity specific requirement to CoE.

-Provide input to HR CoE & SSC for optimization and guidelines

-Have open-door communications with employees on regular basis and timely feedback on findings and suggestions

-Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification and skills required for the position:

-Bachelor/ Master Degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration

-HR Working experience in auto industry

-Fluent spoken and written English

-Chinese and German language is a plus

-Good/ Excellent MS Office skills

-Very good project management skills

-Very good communication and presentation skills

-Very good data analysis skills

-Problem solving and analytical skills

-Consultancy experience is a plus
