Brief description of the position: 

This position serves as a Volkswagen Group China education counselor for the whole region China towards all hierarchy-levels of employees for personnel development schemes. Its position holder offers suitable development and & training opportunities, initiates and supervises them and whenever applicable, delivers trainings personally.

 

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Manages a comprehensive personnel development qualification & training portfolio for its scope of responsibility from its design to implementation for Volkswagen Group China entities
  2. This position manages qualification projects within VCIC, following a standard qualification process from analysis, develop measures to organizing and implementing with evaluation
  3. This position consults suitable qualification & training opportunities for VCIC management team & employees
  4. This position holds the Key-user and HR ad-min function for the learning management system
  5. Actively managing VCIC internal network of qualification responsible colleagues within Business-Units

 

Qualification and skills:

Education: Master, Diploma or Master Degree in one of the HR related fields with a strong major to working and organization psychology or educational science or social science with a special focus on HR

Working experience: 8-10 years working experience in HR development, HR strategy or HR process are required with a minimum 5 years focus upon training and development.

Knowledge, skills and others: 

- Strategic thinking and good understanding of company’s strategy and business needs

- Strong ownership for training & qualification topic

- Self-initiative and team work across Business units and VGC entities

- Good planning and organizing skills, ideally experience in project-management

- Highly process and quality oriented (esp. data quality and consistency)

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Strong ability to work under pressure independently

- Business fluent English. German and Chinese as a plus 

- Professional skills for Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint
