Brief description of the position:

This position holds the role and responsibility of Employee's Benefits operation and personnel services of regional China entities. Such as employee reimbursement, allowance,visa services ,Gov. related employee subsidy, entity level service payments, etc.

 Key Tasks:

1. Implement the employee service product portfolio- benefit operation
2. Responsible and ensure the operational excellence of responsible ES product's deliverable quality according to defined KPI  
3. Responsible for LC/LHF social insurance, housing funds, supplemental insurance enrollment/derollment with entitled familiy members
4. Responsible for Employee benefit reimbursement/allowrance  for LHF/LC
5. Responsible for implement the employee personal services ( visa,  government subsidy operation procedures)
6. Responsible for Entity level service payment (to vendors under schooling, housing, relocation, visa, supplemental insurances, health check etc.)
7. other task upon request 

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor Degree and above
• Above 2 years working experience before with related experiences 
• - Good at communication, easy going, self motivation and patience. 
  - Quick leaner and willing to learn. 
  - Fluent English in speaking, writing; proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP Purchasing Modules 
  - German is an additional benefit.
