职位描述: 

The role of this position is to support to drive HR communications including but not limited to:-

  1. Planning and communication concept development for multiple HR media channels.
  2. Professional support for senior management communication on relevant HR topics, internal and external
  3. Creative concept design and content steering of HR-owned social media channels (Recruitment WeChat, VGCMove WeChat, LinkedIn..) 
  4. Lead/support Corporate & Division Level Events & projects (Management and Employee) 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS and CUSTOMERS

1. Planning and communication concept development

  • Make strategic planning of HR communication concepts in terms of management & employee communication, external employer branding.
  • Design and enhance multiple employee communication media channels to support effectively employee communication & engagement
  • Contribute to the creation of communication themes and key initiatives for over-arching communication topics
  • Professional content development skills in communication topics in English & Chinese, writing, editing, polishing story-telling…
  •  

2. Professional support for senior management communication on relevant HR topics internal and external

 

  • Prepare related key messages, articles, interview draft for VGC senior management via internal media on relevant HR topics (including but not limited to leadership seasonal message, Cultural interviews, Role Model Program, recruitment promotion, employer branding, V-Space topics..etc)
  • Internally act as the central coordinator for these topics

 

3.  Creative concept design and content steering for multiple HR Social Media Channels

  • Overall creative design the concept and steer HR-owned social media Channels (VGC recruitment platform, >17k followers. VGCMove, >2.3k followers. VGC LinkedIn, >20k followers)
  • Work out the roadmap, KPI, monthly plan of the channels.
  • Steering content collection and drafting, editing and ensure the quality of collaboration with Agency.
  • Engage business units and employees for content contribution and interactive activity design

 

4.  Lead/support Corporate Management and Employee Events & projects (including but not limited to VGC MI, Family Day, Annual Party, Employer Branding project..etc)

  • Concept design, brainstorming and internal alignment
  • Project management
  • Organization and implementation

 

Necessary education:

  • University degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field
  • Deep knowledge and experience in automotive industry and market

 

Personal skills:

  • High competence in writing, editing and content development in English & Chinese
  • Solid experience in HR communication, PR or brand communication
  • Creative in thinking and visualization, high generalization in content 
  • Experienced in social media communication
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, project management skills
  • Strong cross functional management skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong sense of self-motivation
  • Presentation skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Chinese as native
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, German would be an advantage
