Brief description of the position:

Responsible for formulating and implementing processes and standards related to organizational development, coordinating organizational change matters, ensuring the accuracy of organizational structure information in the system, providing comprehensive support for the organizational development governance in the China region, and promoting efficient collaboration among entities

 

 Key Tasks:

  1. Create and setting of standard framework and processes for organization changes within Region China and archiving of relevant committee decisions and documentation
  2. Tracking and monitor with entity Orga BPs for Region China orga change topics and committee approvl status, follow-up Orga BP on implementation of orga changes (for cross entity level & OE-1 level)
  3. Act as main interface for regional Orga BPs to facilitate exchange, learning and transparency in the regional organization community
  4. Ensure correct system entries of organization structure for controlled entities, as Key Account Management (KAM) for Org. Manager system
  5. Generate and conduct quarterly org book collection of region China entities leveraging data analysis via digital tools at both entity level and regional levelAudit and monitor organizational system data maintenance from, including employee information, departmental hierarchies, to ensure its accuracy and related report generation

  7. Regularly conduct review of existing organizational change processes, collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement the proposed changes as regional governance role
  8. Drive Orga internal workshops, community meetings (e.g. meeting preparation/ booking appropriate meeting space/ collect topics and create agenda/ offer general support etc.)
  9. Support to digitalization of organizational related process, report generation and tools to get more efficient and accuracy tracking of organizational data 
  10. Support the realization of regional organization projects

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in production, planning, logistics, engineering, economics, HR, Business Admin.
  • 3+ years HRexperience, ideally with consulting and/or OD & Change Mgmt. related experience preferable in Auto industry.MNCwithsrecords of delivering tangible clients impact in multiple practice area
  • Fluent spoken and written English Chinese and German language is a plus
    Good/ Excellent MS Office skills
    Very good project management skills
    Very good communication and presentation skills 
    Very good data analysis skills and structured thinking
    Problem solving and analytical skills and/or consultancy experience is a plus
