职位描述:
Brief description of the position:
This position ensures the organization of the department and coordinate real estate tasks for the FM, PM and governance team. The RECA coordination contributes to the development and organization of the real estate dep. by supporting the corporate real estate management team and general administration for the department.
Key Tasks:
- Coordination of the corporate real estate management team and tasks, Internal communication and communication with customers and external advisors
- Coordination and preparation of meetings, incl. minutes and preparation of presentations
- Support project management team by coordination of projects
- Supplier management
- Organization of department including General department administration tasks
- Assistant to the department leader
- Storage management
- Invoices preparation for projects
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- - Degree in General Administration or real estate related major or
- Qualification/experience as team assistant or equivalent or
- Degree in German/English Language Studies - - At least 1 year as team assistant
- - Teamplayer
- Assertiveness
- High organizational skills
- Good communication skills
