Brief description of the position:

The position holder is responsible to steer Security Governance in the China & Asia Pacific Region. As the extended arm of Group Security, this position should implement the security assessment/review in regional entities, to ensure security compliance, quality and efficiency improvement.

Key Tasks:

1. Responsible for steering security regulation in the Region China and Asia Pacific, including VCIC, Audi China, Cariad China, VGIC, (VGC), SLA-bound entities & Regional Asia Pacific Group entities.
2. Implement the group-wide security management system and security assessment, adapt to local version based on the situations in region China and Asia Pacific
3. Central coordination for all Security and Fire Protection related audits for VCIC, Audi China, Cariad China, VGIC, (VGC entities) , including ISO9001, ISO27001, VDA, AEO, ISMS etc.
4. Coordinate local Security requirements out of International Law (e.g. LkSG, CSDDD etc.) as central interface to Group entities in the Region CN/APAC
5. Interface to VW Group, Brand Groups and entities in Region China & Asia pacific regarding the Security governance consultancy
6. Responsible to research on latest China laws and international laws in respect of Security and Fire Protection
7. Support to organize cross-brand and Group Company Exchange & Communication in terms of Governance and Steering in Region China & Asia Pacific

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably with the background of Legal, Risk/Security Management, Compliance etc.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Security, Compliance, Internal Audit or legal

  • Proficient in English, German is a plus
