职位描述: 

Brief description of the position:

The holder of this position is responsible for secretarial support for the head of the department and assistance of Internal Audit department.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure excellent travel and daily management for the head of department.
  • Organize and minute team meetings, workshops, conferences and other exchange or cooperation activities with the headquarters and the joint ventures.
  • Assist the IA team regarding general coordination with Business Units.
  • Support the translation of audit reports or other administrative documents.
  • Responsible for audit report publication and circulation.
  • Manage the shared drive and paper documentation archive for all audit projects.
  • Maintain and update the documentation for information, regulations and templates from different sources.
  • Develop the monthly/quarterly audit project status reports for Region China.
  • Assist in other ordinary administrative issues.
  • Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
  • Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above

Working experience:

  • Internship in administrative environment is a minimum.

Knowledge, skills and others: 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity;
  • Communication skills are essential. The position holder is required to have the ability to write clear, grammatically correct communications to internal and external contacts;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly assess and prioritize work requests;
  • Flexibility on daily work under pressure during busy periods of the business calendar;
  • Working as an active member of a team, establish good working relationships, be proactive and use initiative and be able to work without constant supervision.
