作为公司人工智能领域的负责人，主导制定并落地企业级AI战略与技术愿景，深度融合人工智能技术与汽车软件核心业务（如智能座舱、自动驾驶、车控系统、数据服务等），推动AI技术在产品创新、研发效率、业务增长等领域的规模化应用，同时建立完善的AI治理与伦理体系，引领公司在智能汽车软件赛道的技术领先与差异化竞争优势。

As the responsible person of the company's artificial intelligence area, he/she leads the development and implementation of enterprise-level AI strategies and technological visions. I deeply integrate AI technologies with core automotive software operations—such as intelligent cockpits, ADAS, vehicle control systems, and data services—to drive the large-scale application of AI across product innovation, R&D efficiency, and business growth. Concurrently, he/she establishes robust AI governance and ethical frameworks to lead the company toward technological leadership and differentiated competitive advantages in the intelligent vehicle software sector.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• AI战略规划与落地：基于行业趋势、市场需求及公司发展目标，制定中长期AI发展战略与路线图，明确AI技术在智能座舱交互、自动驾驶感知决策、车联网服务、软件研发自动化等场景的应用优先级；推动战略落地实施，拆解关键任务，协调跨部门资源，确保项目达成预期业务价值。                                                       
• AI Strategy Planning and Implementation: Develop mid-to-long-term AI development strategies and roadmaps based on industry trends, market demands, and corporate objectives. Define application priorities for AI technologies across scenarios including intelligent cockpit interaction, autonomous driving perception and decision-making, connected vehicle services, and software development automation. Drive strategic execution by decomposing key tasks, coordinating cross-departmental resources, and ensuring projects deliver expected business value.

• Cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration: Break down departmental silos to foster deep collaboration between AI teams and product, R&D, and other departments. Identify AI-enabled opportunities within business scenarios and deliver targeted technical solutions. Integrate internal and external resources (data, computing power, partners, research institutions, etc.) to build an open AI ecosystem and enhance the company's AI technological competitiveness.

• Industry Influence and Ecosystem Development: Monitor cutting-edge technologies and industry trends in global AI and intelligent vehicle sectors; participate in industry standard-setting and academic exchanges. Represent the company in establishing strategic partnerships with industry partners, universities, and research institutions to enhance our industry influence in AI automotive software.

• 核心技术创新与研发：主导软件研发团队在深度学习、计算机视觉、VLM/VLA、AI Agent、大模型等前沿技术，结合汽车软件场景进行技术创新与产品化落地；主导核心AI算法、模型、平台的研发与迭代，解决自动驾驶安全性、座舱交互智能化、数据驱动决策等关键技术难题。                                                         
• Core Technology Innovation: Lead software development teams to explore cutting-edge technologies including deep learning, computer vision, VLM/VLA, AI Agent and Large Model etc. Drive technological innovation and productization tailored to automotive software scenarios. Lead the development and iteration of core AI algorithms, models, and platforms to address critical technical challenges in autonomous driving safety, intelligent cockpit interaction, and data-driven decision-making.

• AI治理与风险管控：建立覆盖AI全生命周期的治理体系，包括数据安全、算法公平性、伦理合规、隐私保护等方面的准则与流程；确保AI应用符合汽车行业相关标准及国家AI监管要求，平衡技术创新与风险管控，规避AI伦理与合规风险。                                                                                                                                                     
• AI Governance and Risk Management: Establish a governance framework covering the entire AI lifecycle, including guidelines and processes for data security, algorithmic fairness, ethical compliance, and privacy protection. Ensure AI applications comply with automotive industry standards and national AI regulatory requirements, balancing technological innovation with risk management to mitigate ethical and compliance risks associated with AI.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• 教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业学士或硕士及以上学历，博士优先。
• Education: Bachelor or Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields; PhD preferred.

• 工作经验：10年以上科技行业工作经验，其中8年以上AI相关领域（机器学习、深度学习、大模型应用等）研发与管理经验，3年以上汽车软件或智能汽车相关行业AI落地经验。具备成功主导至少2个大型AI项目在汽车软件场景（如智能座舱、自动驾驶、车控系统）规模化落地的案例，能够清晰阐述项目成果与业务价值。有大型科技公司、头部汽车软件企业或知名车企AI相关高管（如AI负责人、算法总监）任职经历者优先。
• Work Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, including at least 8 years in R&D and management roles within AI-related fields (machine learning, deep learning, large model applications, etc.), plus 3+ years of AI implementation experience in automotive software or intelligent vehicle sectors. Must have successfully led at least two large-scale AI projects to mass deployment in automotive software scenarios (e.g., intelligent cockpits, autonomous driving, vehicle control systems), with the ability to clearly articulate project outcomes and business value. Preference given to candidates with executive-level AI roles (e.g., AI Lead, Director of Algorithms) at large tech companies, leading automotive software firms, or renowned automakers.
