Brief description of the position: 

This role bridging the technical team and the internal business unites, serving as a hub role for cloud capability enablement and end-to-end cloud service operation. This position is responsible for the overall cloud full livecycle cloud service delivery, optimizting service experience and support with the landing of the cloud applications.

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Design and implement the cloud landing suitable for the company's business needs based on the technical architectures including the planning and configuration of computing, storage, network, e.g.
  2. Follow up end-to-end closed-loop management, establish a standardized demand response and escalation mechanism and continuously improve internal customer experience and satisfaction.
  3. Oversee the full-lifecycle operation of cloud service Incident/Change/Request tickets, track the SLA achievement of all ticket levels, conduct regular reviews on ticket processing.
  4. Coordinate cross-team and cross-region collaboration, with group cloud hub, Cloud IMS service providers, as well as internal technical.
  5. Develop standardized cloud journey process, operation guidelines and best practice.
  6. Responsible for the cloud budget and cloud cost for the cloud services
  7. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  8. Support the Cloud Solution & Implementation team in cloud projects (including localization cloud replacement, hybrid cloud deployment) via demand research, go-live support.
  9. Undertake other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management or related majors. 
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in cloud platform operation, IT service management, technical enablement or cloud project coordination;
  • Familiar with ITIL 4 service management framework, Technical foundation: Familiar with core products and infrastructure of mainstream public cloud vendors (AWS, Ali Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Azure), with basic understanding of container/Kubernetes, cloud native, cloud governance.
  • Empowerment capability: the ability to translate technical language into business-friendly content for non-technical teams.
  • Service operation capability: End-to-end IT service operation, SLA management and ticket process management.
  • Project coordination capability: Strong ability to coordinate cross-department and cross-entity projects.
