3. Translate brand strategy into actionable CMF roadmaps to prioritize forward-looking and production initiatives for on-time premium delivery.
4. Manage end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and risks across concept validation and mass production phases.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align design intent with engineering constraints and resolve execution conflicts.
6. Lead feasibility reviews and supplier alignment to ensure CMF designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
7. Track and analyze China market CMF trends, local consumer preferences and sustainable material applications.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design, Vehicle Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, Art and Design, or other design‑related disciplines.
2. Fresh graduate, with CMF/design-related internship experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Vred, and 3D modeling software for CMF visualization and presentation; Solid understanding of automotive materials, manufacturing processes, and mass production feasibility;Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering, sourcing, and design teams; Fluency in English.
