Brief description of the position:

 
Consumer test centralization for VW vehicles in region China. Proactively monitor external testing agencies and standard changes to identify potential product risk for China-market vehicles. Lead cross functional risk assessment and execute testing strategies to ensure materials meet corporate standards.
 
消费者测评中心化,主动追踪检测机构动态与标准变化,提前识别中国区车型的潜在产品风险,牵头跨部门评估并落地测试策略,保障企业标准达成与市场竞争力。
 

 

Key Tasks:

 
  • Monitor intelligence from key testing agencies and industry labs on spot check plans, testing methods, and standard trends.
     
    追踪核心检测机构与行业实验室的动态,获取抽检计划、测试方法及标准变化风向。
  • Identify potential product and compliance exposure risks for China-market vehicles; prepare risk alert reports and solutions and escalate to management and stakeholders.
     
    识别中国区车型的潜在产品风险与合规隐患,形成预警报告及解决方案建议,并上报管理层及相关业务部门。
  • Lead cross-functional risk assessment meetings within R&D, product function for evaluation on vehicle performance regarding different indexes, and also for development/upgrading of platforms and new vehicles.
     
    牵头跨部门(研发、产品等)风险评估会议,评估车辆性能在不同维度的表现,同时为平台及车型开发 / 升级提供支持。
  • Define concrete test strategies, sampling plans and annual/quarterly plans based on corporate standards, project milestones and risk levels.
     
    依据企业标准、项目节点及风险等级等,制定消费者测评策略及年度 / 季度计划。
  • Manage and end-to-end lead testing activities: sample preparation, lab commissioning, process tracking, progress monitoring, data validation and report approval.
     
    独立负责测试全流程管理,包括方案设计、样品准备、机构委托、过程跟踪、数据审核及报告校验。
  • Conduct root cause analysis on test deviations and drive internal corrective actions to closure.
     
    对测试异常进行深度归因分析,推动内部整改及闭环。
  • Establish and maintain collaboration frameworks with external test institutions or service provider.
     
    建立并维护与外部测试机构 / 服务商的长效合作机制。
  • Develop and continuously optimize internal TE release process and guidelines such as "consumer test & risk response process".
     
    主导制定并持续优化内部技术发布流程及消费者测试与风险响应规程等内部规范文件。
  • Consolidate lessons learned from risk cases and testing campaigns; build reusable knowledge base and decision logic framework.
     
    沉淀典型风险案例与测试经验,建立可复用的知识库及决策逻辑框架。
  • Provide structured, concise risk briefing to management; support fast decision-making in dynamic situations.
     
    以结构化、精炼的方式向管理层汇报风险态势,支持动态环境下的快速决策。
 

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

 
  • Education:
     
    Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Vehicle engineering, Mechatronics, Material Science, or related fields.
     
    本科及以上学历,车辆工程、机械电子、材料等专业优先。
  • Working experience:
     
    5+ years of experience in automotive R&D, test management. Familiar with institution passive selection logic.
     
    5 年以上汽车行业研发、测试管理经验,熟悉中国测评指数,及机构抽检机制。
  • Knowledge, skills and others:
     
    Strong cross functional coordination skills, capable of driving consensus and execution in a complex matrix organization.
     
    具备优秀的跨部门组织协调能力,能在复杂矩阵中推动多方达成共识并落地执行。
     
    Risk sensitive, with proactive foresight and structured reporting skills.
     
    对风险敏感,具备主动预判与结构化汇报能力。
     
    English proficiency as working language.
     
    英语可作为工作语言。
