职位描述:

As a Cross Domain System Engineer, lead cross - domain functional design, define functions spec to subsystem, manage development progress, lead test activity, optimize architecture, analyze change impacts and approve function release, e.g. car control function, or passive/active safety function, or function between cockpit and other ECU, or driving mode function, or instrument cluster function

Key Tasks:

Take lead in end-to-end architecture design of cross domain function (chassis, battery systems, cockpit, TBOX, domain controllers, etc.), covering functional definition, subsystem interaction, data flow, and interface specifications.

Create functional definition and realization documents, clearly define the scope of changes, interaction schemes, implementation plans for each subsystem (battery systems, chassis, cockpit, TBOX, etc.), and ensure technical feasibility.

Track the progress of functional development, regularly review the deliverables of each domain (TBOX, cockpit, battery systems, etc.) to ensure compliance with the architecture design.

Accept and evaluate the functional performance, lead the real vehicle testing and simulation verification, and confirm functional performance (such as response time, communication reliability) meets the standards.

Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner. For architectural defects or implementation deviations, coordinate with the team to formulate solutions or report to the management for decision-making.

Optimize existing architecture, reduce redundant designs, and improve execution efficiency (such as optimizing signal transmission delay).

Analyze the impact of cross-domain functions on the hardware/software of each subsystem (such as new ECU signals, resource) and define evolution plans for next generation. Balance performance, cost, and scalability in architecture design to avoid excessive customization.

Assist internal teams (vehicle cloud, cockpit, etc.) in understanding the architecture scheme to ensure implementation meets expectations.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

a bachelor's degree or above, majors in Computer science, Vehicle engineering, Electronic and information engineering, Automation, and other related fields

5 years of experience in cross domain functional development

experience on function definition is mandatory. e.g. car control function, or passive/active safety function, or function between cockpit and other ECUs, or driving mode function, or instrument cluster function 1. Possess ability to decompose cross-domain functions, define the scope of changes for each subsystem 2. Have full-process experience in tracking functional development, acceptance, problem escalation, and leading cross-team collaboration 3. Be familiar with functional safety, AUTOSAR (CP/AP), SOA, Android is a plus
