Key tasks:

1. Abide by Chinese relevant regulation, handle the parts & accessories import custom clearance to lower all brands’ customs clearance costs by any chance

2. Manage clearance broker performance includes daily operation monitoring & monthly KPI reviewing to ensure the parts & accessories import clearance lead time meets target time for all brands in terms of the service contract terms

3. Optimize customs clearance operation process to efficiently and effectively smooth the inbound supply chain ( Customs clearance -> Warehouse operation-> Transportation)

4. Daily/weekly/monthly communication/meeting with each brand’s HQ on import customs clearance regulations/issues/exceptions ( e.g. pre-alert documents error, Country of origin detention, China import regulations’ clarification, return costs confirmation etc..)

5. Budget/cost control to customs clearance team

6. Organize parts & accessories import customs clearance tender & contract signing

7. Implement ECMS & PCMS

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 1-3 years around in the Parts Logistics
• Good communication and negotiation skills, team work spirit
•  Chinese and English Language skills essential, German advantageous
• Logistics P&A related Knowledge, Customs clearance background
