key task:

1. Accurately understand and grasp the designer's creative intent, and accurately translate it into 3D models while ensuring the balance between aesthetic requirements and production practicality.
2. Complete professional 3D modeling work and generate high-quality rendered model to support design reviews, production verification and design presentations.
3. Convert 2D engineering drawings into high-precision 3D models, ensuring strict alignment with conceptual design idea and the data quality requirements for rendering as well as 3D printing or milling
4. Reasonably optimize 3D models based on feedback from technical engineering teams, addressing structural, process or performance issues to enhance design feasibility.
5. Possess Class A Modeling capabilities, capable of creating high-quality Class A surfaces that meet automotive design standards, ensuring smoothness and aesthetic consistency of the model.
6. Familiar with the styling development process, able to propose constructive and feasible suggestions to identify and solve potential design or process problems in a timely manner.
7. Have a basic understanding of material properties, surface treatment requirements and manufacturing process adaptation, and assist in defining relevant plans for 3D models to meet basic production needs.
8. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, production teams and suppliers.
9. Have a basic understanding of the update and iteration of professional softwares like Alias, Subdivision, Blender, grasshopper, CATIA, ICE (Maya ), and the ability to master new softwares quickly.

Qualification:

1. Degree in Design or related fields.
2. Minimum 4 years of working experience in automotive industry for Design with proven record of successful production and showcar experience.
3. -Proficiency in CAD softwares: Alias, Subdivision, Blender, grasshopper, CATIA, ICE (Maya )-Fluent in English and Mandarin, German is a plus -Rigorous attention to details - Strong communication skills and the spirit of teamwork -High work efficiency - Bonus: ability to verify compatibility of CAD models with downstream processes like injection molding, CNC machining and 3D printing
