key task:

1. Develop & Maintain Scalable Design Systems:Create and manage token-based design systems for HMI, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, components, and interaction patterns across all touchpoints.
2. Define & Document UI Components & Patterns:Establish and document reusable UI components, templates, and interaction models in Figma. Work closely with developers to ensure components are correctly implemented in Jetpack Compose and automotive UI frameworks.
3. Create Token-Based Design & Theming Structures:Develop and maintain design tokens for scalable UI theming and customization. Ensure seamless integration of tokens into multi-platform design systems for Android, embedded, and web-based automotive interfaces.
4. Optimize HMI & Automotive UI Frameworks:Support the implementation of design standards for in-car interfaces, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand alignment. Adapt design systems to meet automotive-specific challenges like screen variability, interaction modalities, and contextual UI behavior.
5. Collaborate with UX & Engineering Teams:Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product teams to bridge the gap between design and code. Provide clear documentation, component libraries, and assets to streamline development and ensure design fidelity.
6. Prototype & Test UI Components in Figma & Code:Create interactive prototypes in Figma to validate design patterns. Collaborate with engineering teams to test components in Jetpack Compose and other automotive UI frameworks for real-world usability.
7. Ensure Accessibility & Internationalization Compliance:Develop inclusive design patterns that support accessibility guidelines (WCAG, automotive standards) and multi-language adaptability. Ensure UI components scale across different markets and user needs.
8. Support Continuous Improvement & Evolution:Regularly review, refine, and expand the design system based on user feedback, technological advancements, and emerging design trends in automotive and digital UX.
9. Create & Maintain Design System Documentation:Build comprehensive guidelines, best practices, and tutorials for designers and developers. Maintain a centralized design system repository in Figma and other relevant platforms.
10. Stay Up-to-Date with Design & Development Trends:Research emerging UI frameworks, design system methodologies, and multi-platform strategies. Advocate for best practices in design operations, automation, and scalable UI architectures.

Qualification:

1. Master or Bachelor in one of following fields: UX or UI Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design, Graphic Design with UX UI Focus. 
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in automotive industry for UX / UI Design or UI design relevant business.
3. Strong expertise in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and token-based design systems. Experience with Jetpack Compose and automotive UI frameworks for scalable, multi-platform UI design. Knowledge of design tokens, theming structures, and scalable design system principles. Experience in HMI design or automotive user interfaces is a plus. Understanding of UX/UI accessibility, internationalization, and usability best practices. Strong collaboration skills with developers, UX designers, and product teams in agile environments. Attention to detail in system-wide consistency.
