key task:

1. Create Interior Design Concepts in 2D & 3D: Develop high-impact design proposals using 2D sketches, AI Models  and 3D modeling tools. Communicate intent clearly through compelling visuals, renderings, and surface studies.
2. Prepare design presentations in 2D and 3D form: present the design content in digital form as 2D presentation or 3D presentation. align the presentation content with other team members as well as with direct supervisor. 
3. Participate in Design Reviews & Presentations: Present concepts to internal stakeholders and leadership, tailoring communication to different audiences. Participate actively in critiques and contribute to iterative design improvements.
4. Involvement in the design process: gain the knowledge about the VW design process, be aware of all key milestones in the process as well as the required deliveries. 
5. Support Design Feasibility & Engineering Integration: Collaborate with UX Design, engineering, modeling, and feasibility teams to align creative concepts with package constraints, regulatory requirements, production realities and customer requierements. 
6. Use 3D Tools for Digital Surfacing & Visualization: Translate 2D ideas into 3D forms using tools such as Alias, Blender, or Gravity Sketch. Collaborate closely with digitial and clay modelers to explore surface development and refine proportions.
7. Align with Brand & Innovation Strategies: Ensure that interior proposals reflect brand values, innovation goals, and emerging design directions while being adapted to local and global markets.
8. Collaborate in Cross-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with UX designers, CMF and marketing teams to ensure cohesive vehicle experiences across all visible touchpoints.
9. Develop interior component design, including IP, console, door panels, and seats:Design detailed component areas that are functional, aesthetic, and innovative, in line with package and ergonomic requirements.
10. Contribute to Concept Development Phases: Support interior ideation from early sketches to digital model validation, contributing across concept, pre-development, and advanced design stages.

Qualification:

1. Degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or Automotive Design
2. Fresh graduate, with Interior design-related internship experience preferred.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically sound interior vehicle design work.
   Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, Alias, AI tools or similar 2D/3D tools.
   Experience in working on design proposals from sketch to 3D model.
   Knowledge of automotive packaging, feasibility constraints, and production processes. 
   Awareness of China’s automotive market, trends, and consumer behavior is a strong plus.
   Experience collaborating with engineering, modeling, and feasibility teams.
   Mentoring or team collaboration experience is preferred.
   Passion for automotive design and user experience.
