Manage the AMS -Application Management Service and application Change activities, Drive continuous development, improvement, optimization of IT Applications and Platforms. Define Product Quality concept, drive Quality gate for changes;  Define and track application SLA to ensure customer satisfaction; 

Key Tasks:

1. Design, code and deploy solutions using CI/CD tool chain within agile processes to create seamlessly integrated digital products in coop. with Product Owners, Architects and other stakeholders.
2. Write / execute test cases and perform integration tests to identify and solve problems ensuring quality, stability, performance, readability, maintainability and extensibility.
3. Assist in the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Containers) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (eg. Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
4. Apply secure coding and related best practices (eg. access control, encryption) in own code, libraries and tools ensuring ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.  
5. Setup/operate tools to monitor (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and log performance of deployed hardware/software, identify bottlenecks and implement remediations/improvements.
6. Implement ITIL/SAFe/DevOps Practices/Agile Methods to enable effient DevOps, incident and problem management, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes and execute emergency response plans.
7. Manage group tool/license including requirement clarification & planning, usage analysis, daily trouble shooting, deployment of new tools, etc. 
8. Work closely with other (external) developers, product owners, architects, IT operations and business teams to align DevOps practices with business goals and IT strategy.
9. Development Focus is on related Product/System but also timely complete other data and business intelligence related tasks assigned by the line manager / supervisor.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, software Engineering or related studies

- .At least 1-3 years’ experience of DevOps, system operation or IT support experience; Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are acceptable

- Experience in Agile Software Development Methodology (e.g. SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in IT Software Development and IT infrastructure
- Experience in IT Service Management Standards & IT operation management (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000, etc.)
- Understanding of automotive V-model development process, hardware R&D workflow is preferred
- Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, quick learn ability
- Language: Chinese and English business fluent; German as plus
