Lead the AMS -Application Management Service and application Change activities, Drive continuous development, improvement, optimization of IT Applications and Platforms. Define Product Quality concept, drive Quality gate for changes; Define and track application SLA to ensure customer satisfaction;
Key Tasks:
- Lead the AMS (Application Management Service) and application Change activities;
- Drive continuous development, improvement, optimization of IT Applications and Platforms.
- Lead Application Deployment, Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans of IT Applications
- Set up Product Quality concept, drive Quality gate for changes; Define and track application SLA to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments and align appropriate project activities & business communication
- Continuously analyse, review and re-check the existing IT business processes to be more efficient, more effective and more capable of change
- Evaluate business cases (ROI/TCO) to ensure cost efficiency of IT Products
- Specification of the strategic objectives of the Incident, Problem and Change mgmt and coordination of Incident management process across the IT Operation areas in compliance with Group Standards
- Build up a suitable release plan for each specific platform in consideration of their technologies
- Train and supervise less experienced DevOps Engineer within a sub-department. Checks and vets work results from junior DevOps Engineer before productive deliveries
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Product Owner: Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology
- Experience in IT Software Development and IT infrastructure.
- Expert knowledge in IT Service Management Standards and deep experience in operation management;
- Language: Chinese and English business fluent; German advantageous
- Certification in ITIL version 3, SAFe, PMP etc.
