1. Plan necessary internal and external resources and investments. Prepare prerequisite documents for external engineering support as well as for
2. Plan, steer and execute display development in hard and software according to vehicle project milestones
3. Conduct part release recommendation and make sure the part release get approval on time
4. Create change requests for display changes, create meaningful documents, request appropriate change requests and lead requests to implementation
5. Evaluate the potential supplier technical concept (HW/SW), analyze display feasibility and provide reasonable rating
6. Manage suppliers and tracking component development and test status, ensure their delivery and result fulfill technical requirements and timeline
7. Establish and coordination test and validation plan in vehicle level, tracking the test status and analyzing/solving the problem during the test
8. Conduct display test environment and be able to do related function test
9. Establish and maintains different stakeholder network of VCTC, VCIC, VWAG, JVs, supplier and VW Anhui internal to improve cooperation
10. Real vehicle or factory and other support

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above on Automotive or Electrical Engineering or similar, VW work experience will be a plus.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience at least in automotive industry including supplier industry.
3. Familiar with the project development process of the OEM (time management /planning / monitoring), and fully participated in the development of at least one vehicle model; Familiar with the EE architecture, component development Familiar with relevant regulations and standards of displays and driving info; Familiar with functional safety development process or have functional safety development experience Familiar with CAN tool and diagnose PPT, Excel, Word, etc. Good English in speaking and presentation Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and certain management ability
