Brief description of the position:

This position is responsible for E-Drive Testing topics in VCTC, focus on E-Drive Testing Execution Tasks, incl. test catalog, test implementation, test reports, test equipment management etc. 

Key Tasks:

1. Ensure the professional operation of their testing devices and systems, evaluating their results and compare them permanently with the other results of his test equipment.
2. It helps to create a complete overview of all findings and the underlying problems for both the test item and the test benches
3. Develop early detection methods based on the anomalies found and analyses carried out in later test phases. 
4. Knows internal costs and external prices, outsources when unavoidable, transfers knowledge from external to internal. Participates in external tendering rounds and explains why the test cannot be carried out in-house.
5. Responsible for the vehicle test implementation, including VR test, summer test, winter test, calibration, thermal management test etc.
6. Responsible for internal quality assurance and the certification of external test benches to ensure maximum comparability of results.
7. Ensures that the highest safety standards are maintained and continuously improved within their area of responsibility. 
8. Responsible for E-Drive bench test execution, including test plan, test cases definition, test setup, test implantation, test result analysis, disassembly analysis, test report composing, etc.
9. Responsible for testing dispatch plan, test business case plan incl. working hours evaluation, AWS evaluation, contract to external demand etc.
10. Responsible for Test Lab management, including test bench management, lab safety management, material and storage management, tools plan and management. Responsible for test bench certification, test lab certification, test workers competence establishing and training etc.
    Responsible for test lab audit etc.
