Brief description of the position:

• This position holder is in charge of the N-in-1 controller development for high-integrated E-drive system. It should make proposal for technologie roadmap for E-drive controller, which is critical for the competitiveness of VW BEV cars. Is defines technical requirements and specification. It is responsible for project mngt, budget planning, reporting, track& trace (incl. steering ext. resources).
• Key Tasks：
• Present proposal for technologie road-map for E-drive controller in different commitee (VCTC Y-TG, VCTC TG, C-TG etc.).
• Align the technologie road-map for E-drive controller with all brands in Europe(VW AG), Beijing(VCIC, Audi China), JVs(VWA, SVW, FAW-VW, Audi FAW-NEV) and group component plants in China.
• Tightly tracking the development process of E-drive system, collaborate with teams to achieve project milestone, ensure SOP in time.
• Responsible for failure analysis and management in VCTC, manage KPM tickets in VCTC
• Assistance in organizing and control suppliers, tracking component development and test status
• Collect and deliver E-drive attachments, collect resources requirements
• Competitor analysis for E-drive controller
