Brief introduction of this position:

This position takes care all the department administrative related functions and operational topics regarding EKA for VCTC. It acts as an internal team organizer and an external coordinator to help the department actions go smooth. In order to ensure this function, the position ensures the following key objectives: budget, meeting organization, HR issue, Admin issues, IT issues, etc.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Management of the department budget.
  2. Meeting organization for the department, including meeting room reservation, meeting device preparation and document.
  3. Contact person to HR department, including recruiting management, Organization chart update, attendance record and other HR relevant task.
  4.  Admin issues within the department as the contact person to R&D department, include applying office supplies.
  5. IT issue within the department as the contact person to IT department, including IT device application for new employee, Viko meeting preparation and other IT relevant task.
  6. Cross functional activities within EK department such as Risk Management, SOC Management, training tracking, job split/RASI tracking, Compliance, Legal topics etc.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor degree, business administration, finance and other liberal arts education background.
  • Fresh graduate is accepted, with working experience is preferred, and if worked with automobile industry is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination ability, executive ability, team player.
  • Fluently in Chinese & English. German is a relevant advantage.
