Department Mission
• Our department is the central coordinator in China for Thermal Management and 
Climatization System design and release 
• We are responsible for Development and Localization for all Audi Projects in China
• Our goal as team is to lead and steer all stakeholders to achieve our targets in a 
friendly and professional working atmosphere
Your Responsibilities:
• Development & localization (including testing) of Electrical Systems, functions and 
Components for Thermal Management, Climatization and Interior Lightning in all AUDI 
projects for the market China
• Test steering with cross-functional departments, Vehicle Integration, EMC, etc.
• Verify the testing documents by JVs and instruct JVs to work out countermeasures to meet 
the project goals
• Give EE Sub-release recommendations for the management to issue release for localized 
Electronic components
Required Qualification:
• Education: Academic degree in mechanical-, automotive-, electrical-engineering or 
mechatronics
• Work Experience: 3 years’ experience in automotive industry, working experience 
Electronic development, Control Units, Vehicle testing is a plus; working experience in 
German OEM and study experience in Germany is a plus 
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: Experience in the field of Electronic component design and 
testing, vehicle Bus Network, diagnostic testing; familiar with vehicle testing tools: CANoe, 
INCA, Diagnostic testers, is a plus
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, responsible and reliable, analytical thinking and selfreflection, very good skills in co-operation, communication and conflict management, 
intercultural competence, strong hand-on ability
• Language: very good language skills in English (German is a strong plus), Chinese as native 
languag
