Key Tasks:

• Support the electrode related equipment line building, product development process from process design perspective especially introduction in plant
• Provide technical guidance at mechanical, electrical and systematic level for battery cell development and production
• Support prototype of new product at partner’s facilities
• Deeply support industrialization process to achieve on-time delivery
• As main interface between VW group and external partners, coordinate joint problem solving about process as well as know-how transfer
• Responsible of process relevant documentation

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering 
• graduate in respective field such as electro-chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, physics, project management etc.
• Subject in lithium ion battery is preferred, like material study, electro-chemistry theory
• Familiar with lithium battery fundamentals or core processes(mixing, coating, assembly, formation) is preferred
• Capable of reading technical papers, equipment manuals, or international standardrds
• Able to write clear emails, meeting minutes, and projects status reports in English
• Able to conduct routine oral communication with overseas colleagues or clients
• Proficient in office software, like excel, PPT, Minitab, Plus: experience with Python, CAD
