Position Name: Electronic Component Test

Your Responsibilities:

• Creating test cases based on requirements; constructing, modifying, and commissioning prototypes and series products in the context of On-Board Chargers (OBC)
• Conducting functional tests, stress tests, and compatibility tests in environments of up to 1200 volts, with a focus on OBC and power electronics
• Analyzing and documenting errors and deviations
• Collaborating with development and quality assurance teams
• Using test software and measuring equipment for fault diagnosis
• Preparing test reports and documentation in the context of ISO 26262
• Performing fault analysis and troubleshooting; creating error and failure reports
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Our Requirements：

• Bachelor and above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the development of on-board chargers and power electronics systems, in Automotive SPICE, and ISO 26262.
• Solid knowledge of requirements management and/or system architecture.
• Experience with relevant tools and methods (e.g., Altium Designer,  LTSpice etc.).
• Good knowledge of handling measuring instruments and relevant testing standards, e.g., VW80000 and TL81000.
• Several years (>10 years) of relevant experience in requirements management for On-Board Chargers (OBC) in compliance with ISO 15118.
• Experience with at least 2–3 full OBC project cycles, including series production launch.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus.
