Brief description of the position:

Establish and maintain the Bill of Materials (BoM) of HVB and E drive projects. Control the position of the part in the BoM; Consistency-check data standardization-check for release. Responsible for part numbers for component project.

Key Tasks:

• Understand and master the BOM logic.
  Responsible for issuing new part numbers regarding specific component project.
• Documentation part releases (P-,B-,K- and BMG release), ensure the maturity of project milestones.
•  Analyze TKB/TPB , other BoM relevant information, establish and maintain BoM of component projects.
• Consistency-check among 3D data, 2D drawing and BoM, drawing standardization-check for release
• Control the position of the part in the BoM of specific component project. 
•  Involved in none R&D activities as well, such as taufung checking / sourcing scope solidification and pre-series production on site support in workshop.
• Development of TUL for Change managemnt 
• Establish & maintain service BoM 
• Support of other cross functional Topics: change management, FAM System, steering of financial topics like AWS & SOC.
