主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

This position holds the responsibility for the described tasks for the VW Group and the brands (Audi, VW), VCTC, CARIZON for the Chinese market. This position has to serve a large amount of interfaces within Volkswagen Group China, in respective field of technology development of ADAS/ ADAP.

• Own end-to-end issue management for ADAS/AD functions and systems.
• Analyze logs, test results, vehicle data, and simulation outputs to identify root causes of issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and preventive actions.
• Define and improve issue tracking, prioritization, and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain knowledge bases and lessons-learned repositories.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., LLMs, coding assistants, data analysis tools) to accelerate debugging, root cause analysis, and engineering workflows.
• Promote AI-assisted problem-solving methodologies across the organization.
  

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: This position requires a Master/ Bachelor degree in automotive, electrical, computer engineering or respective field.
• Work Experience: 3-5 years of professional working experience. Experience in vehicle development in automotive industry or related field is required.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with automotive debugging and analysis tools (CAN, vehicle logs, diagnostics, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with defect management platforms such as Jira or Polarion.
  • Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to improve engineering productivity.
