Brief introduction of this position:

This position is to to lead end-to-end luxury event planning and execution—from integrated strategy and budgeting to on-site direction— while bringing fresh, innovative creativity to every campaign and ensuring global brand alignment,

seamless collaboration with cross-functional and international stakeholders, and uncompromising luxury standards.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Lead the development of the annual/quarterly integrated event strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with the brand’s DNA and business objectives.
  2. Plan and execute Bentley marketing events from concept to completion, including but not limited to new car launch event, test drives, brand events and other offline activities.
  3. Lead on-site event direction – oversee run of show, manage staff and vendors, resolve real-time issues with composure under pressure.
  4. Develop and control event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency and compliant without compromising luxury standards.
  5. Interact closely with Bentley Event team in Crewe for strategy, coordination, and secure appropriate local adaptation for the Chinese market.
  6. Optimize retailer toolkit, developing campaign-based showroom presentations and immersive customer experiences.
  7. Manage BMC marketing fleet.
  8. Closely work with all stakeholders involved.
  9. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the luxury automotive,  or luxury sector.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale, high-profile events.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong budget management skills with attention to detail and cost efficiency.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese; ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
