Brief introduction of this position:

This position steers importer warranty performance and support readiness and warranty daily business for VW Export, to ensure importers follow Volkswagen global standards. Lead and implement end-to-end training projects for new export markets & product launches, ensuring compliant with OEM product and technical standards.

 

Key tasks:

  1. CEA new platform difference mapping and warranty system/process adaption.
  2. Steer importer warranty performance by cost monitoring and STLI achievement.  New Market Readiness, support warranty policy and payment standards alignment; System setup and go-live.
  3. Warranty claim handling, process claims within regulated time to ensure KPI fulfilled, monitor warranty processing and claim decisions, and take necessary action.
  4. Warranty System SAGA/2 Setting,  maintain logical criteria setting of SAGA, find out high frequency warranty errors and set log.
  5. Organize importers’ training needs, design tailored export training programs by aligning needs with JV product/after-sales insights.
  6. Coordinate with JV to adapt VWAG training content; oversee translation, proofreading, and arrange JV trainers, venues/equipment, materials, and importer participant schedules.
  7. Lead training implementation, track cross-party progress in real time, resolve unexpected issues, and ensure on-plan delivery.
  8. Record training metrics and collect attendee feedback to generate reports; drive JV content updates and develop follow-up supplementary training per importer needs.
  9. Conduct regular and on-demand aftersales training (TtT) for export markets incl. product features, repair technology, repair workshop, etc.
  10. Other aftersales tasks assigned by the supervisor or company.

 

Qualification and skills:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Automobile & Engineering is a plus.
  2. Fluent and professional Chinese and English Language skills essential, German advantageous
  3. Above 3-5 years around in After Sales, solid Knowledge of VWAG processes and systems in After Sales; Automotive retailing, dealer management and training experience is a plus
  4. Strong in logical and numerical thinking. Strong “can-do” attitude.
  5. Skills to cooperate both internal and external teams to achieve business targets.
  6. Ability to manage pressure and stress.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
