Brief description of the position:
The position is responsible for supporting the overall financial and operational management of EO department, including budget planning and management and purchasing control. The role also provides overarching topics support across EO areas to ensure department operation and efficiency.
Key Tasks:
- Responsible for EO yearly budget planning and financial controlling.
- Control all EO PR & Purchasing status, including payment forecast and GR in SAP for grundlast and projects purchase orders.
- Cooperation with FI/EZ for finance topic incl. related system roll-out and transition. Continuous optimization of implemented budget process with the related processes in VCTC.
- To formulate the monthly budget/ Payment status report and regular report to EG head and L2 department, ensure budget status clear and transparent.
- To manage resources of EO department, especially the overall controlling of frame contracts and CTM purchasing, IT system, investment and equipment, training budget allocation.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Bachelor degree in Automotive, Industry & Business Administration, Finance or similar.
- Good communication and coordination ability, executive ability, team player.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. German is appreciated.
