Spearhead BI analytics for IT Finance and Purchasing functions. Serve as the critical link between IT stakeholders and the Data Delivery team, translating complex business needs into actionable data solutions and comprehensive BI requirements,and is accountable for full life-cycle of IT solutions/products in the Fin domain and Pur domain. 

Key Tasks:

1. Understand the value-chains of the business partners (Internal & External) & serve as facilitator between Business and IT
2. Identify and describe significant business opportunities in different business units together alongside business partners
3. Identify the gap between business requirement and IT system in terms of business monitoring, reporting and KPI, data architecture and propose visualized solution to resolve or shorten the gap.
4. Be the central consultant in big data use case finalization & implementation; Adaption the business needs by establishing appropriate analytical frameworks and methodologies.
5. Design the detailed data architecture includes master data management, data quality, data modeling, data platform, ETL approach, data storage and user cases etc.
6. Collaborate closely with Fin & Pur departments to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, pain points, future development plans, and potential improvements. 
7. Strengthen the presence of the team as experts in the area of a BI Analytics (data lake and big data use case development)
8. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.
9. Provide training and ongoing support to business users to ensure they can effectively utilize new technology solutions.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

-Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, informatics, and mathematics, with additional experience for Data Analytics is preferred.

- At least 3 years related working experience in IT 
- IT Project Management experience is preferred
- 1-2 years experience managing product life cycles

- Good understanding of Fin & Pur business processes
- Solid international project management skill to manage cross functional team and suppliers
- Demonstrated communication & collaboration skills, and building & maintaining strong relationships with the relevant business teams.
- Strong conflict negotiation and achieving alignment skills.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Familiar with Agile or SAFe is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, German is a plus
