Key Tasks:

• Lead cell manufacturing equipment planning and development at partner’s facilities
• Support prototype of new product at partner’s facilities
• Deeply support industrialization to achieve on-time delivery as equipment expert
• As main interface between VW group and external partners, coordinate joint problem solving about equipment as well as know-how transfer
• Advanced cell manufacturing technology development
• Responsible of equipment relevant documentation especially for equipment specification creation
• Rump-up and yield rate improvement for new production line
• Cell post-assembly section equipment benchmark
• Also participate in other relevant work in product R&D process
• Setup and extend the cooperative work model and network with TC and internal stakeholders such as PowerCo

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering 
• 8+ years of cell industry experience with 5 years in cell post-assembly field such as EL filling, formation,capacity grading and EOL test
• Experience in prismatic cell for xEV is preferred
• Experience of cell manufacturing equipment design and technical specification creation(especially for EL filling, formation,capacity grading and EOL test).
• Experience of equipment acceptance and commissioning
• Experience of production ramp-up
• Experience of yield rate improvement for new production line is preferred
• Experience of tooling and fixture design
• Fluent English in reading and writing, good at speaking and listening
