Brief description of the position:

This position requires you to have a technical background. Responsible for the design, development of color-services, e.g. payment-related functions (such as payment processes, order settlement, and refund reconciliation) and the full life cycle management of the account system. Led the design and implementation of account integration solutions across multiple systems.

Key Tasks:

1. Full Lifecycle Management of Payment Products: Conduct research on scenario requirements such as online transactions and subscription payments, plan and design payment functions
2. Payment Channel Cooperation and Integration: Connect with mainstream channels such as WeChat Pay and Alipay, lead the entire process of third-party payment system integration.
3. Payment Compliance and Risk Prevention & Control: Ensure all payment links comply with regulatory requirements, collaborate with the team to identify risks such as "reward hunters".
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Project Advancement: Coordinate resources across departments such as R&D and Finance, control the progress and quality of payment projects.
5. Possess core technical capabilities for account integration.
6. Data-Driven Optimization: Build a core data monitoring system for payments (covering success rate, conversion rate, etc.), identify problems through data analysis.
7. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Compile and accumulate documents such as payment product white papers and risk control manuals to support the team.

Qualification and Skills:

1. Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
2. Working Experience: Over 3 years of relevant work experience in app payment products, familiar with the product design logic of at least one core payment scenario, such as online transactions or subscription payments.
3. Knowledge, skills and others:

·      Have knowledge of at least one backend development language such as Java, understand the design concepts of microservices architecture, and have experience using related frameworks like Spring Cloud.

·      Familiar with middleware such as MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ/Kafka, cache strategy development, and ensuring message reliability.

·      Familiar with identity authentication protocols such as SSO (Single Sign-On) and OAuth2.0/OIDC.

·      Familiar with mainstream payment protocols, transaction process design, and reconciliation and settlement logic, capable of solving payment-related issues.
