As a Function and Configuration management, you will orchestrate end-to-end software delivery for overall E/E vehicle platforms. This role requires deep expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure feature maturity, compliance with automotive standards, and seamless integration of software components across multiple vehicle programs.
Key Tasks:
Software delivery milestone planning and functional ramup planning Define vehicle function development timelines and maturity gates across EE architecture domains.
SW delivery management Manage versioning, traceability and changes from SW requirement to SW delivery, defining and manage the software release process and criterias
Configuration management Develop variant management strategies aligning DLCM milestones with Hut-specific software configurations.
SW release management Lead software release process and ensure the software validation and delivery are matching the defined software qualitification criterias including function achievement, performance achivement, regulation fullfillment and validation passrate.
Develop & release function list and track the function Dadian implementation status, prepare function/vehicle specifications per integration step, initial vehicle assessment, manage functional dependencies.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Automotive enginnerring, computing science, or equivalent
Working experience: Minimum 5 years in automotive embedded systems development, with at least 2 complete vehicle program cycles; Proven experience in: Managing software releases under Aspice framework
Knowledge, skills and others: Technical competencies: Mastery of automotive toolchains: requirements management/ CI/CD pipelines/ Autosare configuration tools etc.; Certification in Aspeice Provisional assessor or ISO 26262 Functional Safety Engineer (preferred). Critical Soft Skills: Stakeholder management across engineering/R&D/production; Risk-based decision making in feature de-scoping scenarios; Fluent English
